In the wake of Voldemort's return, students at Hogwarts were left feeling vulnerable and uncertain. With the Ministry of Magic refusing to acknowledge the truth, many students felt the need to take matters into their own hands. Harry Potter, with the help of his friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, decided to create an organization to teach their fellow students how to defend themselves against the dark arts. They named this group Dumbledore's Army, in honor of the beloved Hogwarts headmaster who had always been a champion of justice and equality.
