In our society, we have been conditioned to seek approval from others. We are constantly seeking validation from our peers, our family, our colleagues, and even strangers on social media. We are obsessed with being liked and accepted by everyone around us. We have this insatiable need for approval that drives our actions and decisions.
But the truth is, seeking approval from others is a never-ending cycle. No matter how much approval we receive, it will never be enough. We will always be looking for the next hit of validation, the next pat on the back, the next round of applause. It's an exhausting way to live.
When we let go of the need for approval, we free ourselves from this never-ending cycle. We no longer rely on others to validate our worth or our choices. We are able to make decisions based on what we truly believe is right for us, not what others think is right for us.
