Attachment is a common source of suffering for many people. When we become attached to certain outcomes, possessions, or relationships, we set ourselves up for disappointment and discontent. The more we cling to these attachments, the more we suffer when they are not fulfilled. True freedom comes from letting go of these attachments. By releasing our grip on the things we desire, we open ourselves up to a greater sense of peace and contentment.
